Made in 1999. Processing is Izumi stone of ritual of Kagawa prefecture. Mr. Izumi is also famous for continuing processing of Isamu Noguchi's works. It is a white stone carried from Kagawa to a house with Kochi. The material is marble from Czech called "Sivek". It is characterized by finer eyes than "white marble = Bianco Carrara in Carrara region in Italy" 108 cm in height.
1999年製作。加工は香川県の牟礼の和泉石材。和泉さんはイサム・ノグチの作品を加工し続けたことでも有名です。香川から高知のある家に運ばれた白い石です。素材はチェコ産の「シベック」という名前の大理石。イタリアのカラーラ地方の白い大理石=ビアンコカラーラよりも目が細かく「真っ白」なのが特徴です。高さ108cm。
